For the diamond wedding rings, there're many ways to set the diamond. Today, we are going to share the knowledge of snowflake setting and pave setting diamonds.
In common:
1. Use round diamonds. Each diamond is inlaid on metal and arranged in a flat surface.
2: They are not covered in concealment, and each diamond is separated by metal.
Differences:
1. The single diamond size is different, pave setting uses the same diameter of diamond orderly Mosaic, snowflake setting uses different size of the diamonds Mosaic without rules, but they eventually were able to form a plane.
2. The relative rules of the tightness for pave setting can be made by calculation, so it can be made by machine. Snowflake inlays are caused by the irregular diamond size, and most require the careful thinking, design and individual ability of jewelers.
